Captain

CAPTAIN Community Human Services is a grass-roots human services agency that supports and empowers people of all ages in Saratoga County and beyond to reach their goals of personal growth and self-sufficiency. We strengthen communities. A word used by 9-gaggers to ask something they don't understand clearly this so called 'Captain' also has to fly away in the end of his/her post.
